Rates

$165 for an Initial 60-minute Assessment

$150 per 50-minute session

• Accepted payments include Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Check or Debit.

• I only use 'Square' for payments. I will send an invoice via email. 

• There is a 1.5% payment fee for credit or debit.

Insurance  

I can provide you with a claim to to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. This is an option for clients with a PPO (Preferred Provider Organization).

• I do not accept Medi-cal or Medicare.

• It is unlikely that a HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) will reimburse you since these plans do not have out-of-network benefits.

• I will submit claims to only 1 insurance. If you have a secondary insurance, you are welcome to submit the Explanation of Benefits from your primary insurance. 

Cancellation Policy

There is a 2 day/ 48 hour cancellation policy. 

• If you do not show for your scheduled therapy appointment or do not provide 48-hour advance notice, you will be charged the session fee. This will need to be paid prior to the next scheduled appointment.

• There are exceptions for emergencies and illness and these will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  

• Please note that insurance does NOT cover the late cancellation fee. I cannot bill insurance if a client does not show.
